Decadent vintage ruby and diamond ring featuring an oval cabochon ruby measuring approximately 9.25mm by 7.5mm prong set within a halo of 12 round brilliant cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.60 carat. The additional rubies set in a lattice pattern are cabochon cut pyramids. This piece is currently a size 6.0 with room to adjust up or down in size.
